Job resolution

I have thought it over so many times and the result it seems to be the same: 

Simple fact:   They won’t pay anybody out of mercy or support their lives or whatever. What they can  purchase for less, they will never purchase for more. 

They won’t change the conditions under no circumstances and yes they also tell it to your face in the worst way possible. 

The only thing that matters is their profit and that’s all.

So the ground is set, it’s up to you to make the decision: 

If you think you have a better offer including all the things that are important for you (position, status, workplace, industry, improvability, and payment) that great job is, a stable manager/senior definitely go. So the portfolio of manager role in an interesting industry, with a payment of about 5 MT per month (Car/mobile/Foreign currency is a plus)  

Unless you find that nice offer, focus on your job and try to make the best of the time that you are spending, try to benefit from perks of your positions and enrich your experience further, and make the image of your own, practice making connections and learn how you can survive in this wild world. Gather stronger staff and make a team of your own. Practice becoming powerful and acting like a real manager.  

At the same time try finding out how to start your own business. Check opportunities make plans, try standing on you own feet.  

Just remember: 

Try not to act abruptly and out of sudden impulse. Making a bad career move to just immediately get moment’s satisfaction is just another mistake.  

Don’t let the urge to get revenge, blur your vision and push you to a decision to be regretted later.  

Don’t go to an industry or job that you don’t like. Don’t think of the next step as a temporary one. You can’t afford ruining your best youth years over what you dislike. Think about the security of the job that you are taking. Think about the future of the job when checking one.  

Be patient but not inactive. All doors may seems closed now but the day you find a way will come for sure.  

If you ever decided to leave just try to think , imagine and understand that the company (them) will not get hurt at all. Then check if you are still interested or as motivated to go.
